A practical migration playbook for retailers, packaging teams and suppliers preparing private-label and in-store-labelled products for GS1 2D barcode POS readiness.

For a retailer, moving private-label and in-store-labelled products to 2D barcodes is not simply a packaging refresh. It changes how a product is identified, how it scans at checkout, which teams approve artwork, how printers and suppliers receive specifications, and how exceptions are handled on the shop floor.
