No. QR Rapid calculates every figure, chart and ranking from your scan data, using the same rules as the Statistics page. For a typed question, AI only chooses which supported calculation fits. After the calculation, AI writes a short explanation, and any number in it must match a figure QR Rapid already calculated or the wording is rejected.
When you open Ask Rapid, it starts with a short summary of the last 7 days against the 7 before, across all your QR codes: the scan total and change calculated by QR Rapid, then the biggest change, the strongest QR code, a clear pattern if there is one and one thing to check, written by AI. It needs at least 10 scans and ignores the filters on the Statistics page. It is kept for up to 24 hours and rewritten once it is at least 6 hours old and enough new scans have arrived.
It can show which QR codes, countries or devices account for a change, but it does not state causes, because scan data cannot show them. Explanations that claim a cause are rejected. Suggestions are phrased as things to check, for example whether a poster is still on display.
No. QR Rapid records the scan itself, not what people do afterwards, and it does not identify individual people. Unique visitors are an estimate based on IP addresses. To connect scans with orders, add UTM parameters to the destination link and track them in your own analytics.
Rapid Insights is available on every active paid plan and during the 7-day trial, which starts without a credit card. When a plan or trial ends, Rapid is no longer available. Each workspace can get 20 answers a day, and each person can ask 10 questions every 10 minutes. A period can be up to 366 days long. Conversations are kept for 24 hours.
To choose a calculation, it receives your question, with QR codes and folders you picked with @ replaced by placeholders. To write the explanation, it receives the figures QR Rapid calculated, including the QR code, country or city names they mention. It never receives IP addresses or individual scan records.
