The network credentials are embedded in the QR payload. The pattern makes them scannable; it does not encrypt, hide, expire, or control access to the network.

Because the credentials live directly in the QR pattern, an existing printed code cannot receive a new password. Generate a fresh QR and replace the old display whenever connection details change.
