Type what the code should do, like “WhatsApp QR to +12025550123 saying Hi, I’d like to book a table” or “Menu QR for Cafe Luna”. Rapid recognises all 18 QR Rapid types. It drafts the details from your words, and nothing is created until you confirm or save.
Rapid is included in every active plan and the 7-day trial, no credit card required.

Rapid drafts the QR code. Nothing is created until you confirm.
Messages are processed by our AI provider. Recognised Wi-Fi passwords are removed before processing.

Rapid creates the 7 types that fit in a sentence straight from its review card. For the other 11, it fills in the type’s own form with what you typed, and you add the files and finishing details there before saving.
You check every detail on the review card, choose dynamic or static where the type allows it, and select Create QR code. Dynamic codes can be edited after printing and their scans are tracked; static codes have the details built in.
| Type | Dynamic | Static | Rapid needs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Website URL | Yes | Yes | The web address |
| Wi-Fi | No | Yes | Network name, and the password unless the network is open |
| Yes | Yes | Phone number with country code; a message is optional | |
| vCard | Yes | No | First name, and a phone number or email |
| Yes | Yes | Email address; subject and message are optional | |
| Text | Yes | Yes | The text |
| SMS | Yes | Yes | Phone number with country code; a message is optional |
These types need uploads, menus, dates or payment details. Rapid drafts only the plain text you gave it, such as a title, a company name or the menu items and prices you listed, then opens the type’s form with those filled in. You add the rest, review and save there, with the same autosave and plan limits as any other code.
The AI doesn’t write documents or make images, audio or video. It never drafts a file, a hosted file link or a date.
| Type | Rapid can fill in | You always add |
|---|---|---|
| Menu | Business name, description and menu items | Nothing else is required |

| Image | Title, description and website | The images |
| MP3 | Title, description and website | The MP3 file |
| Video | Video link, title, company, description, button label and button link | The video file or a YouTube link |
| List of links | First name, last name and links | A label for each link |
| Social media | First name, last name, description and profile links | Nothing else is required |
| Coupon | Company, offer title, description, sale badge, coupon code, website and terms and conditions | The valid-until date |
| Event | Event title, description and organizer | The start and end time |
| App | App name, developer, description, website and store links | The app icon |
| Crypto | Currency, wallet address, amount and message | Nothing else is required |
The model only proposes a draft. Checking it, applying your plan and creating or saving the code all happen in QR Rapid.
Every link, number, price and address in a draft must appear in what you typed. If it isn’t there, the field stays empty.
Rapid never drafts files, hosted file links or dates. You upload the PDF, image, MP3, video or app icon in the form.
Nothing exists until you select Create QR code or save the form. Plan limits and your workspace role apply as usual.
Rapid can’t edit, pause or delete existing QR codes. Those stay in My QR Codes, under your control.
Limitation: a password typed without a word like “password” or “Wi-Fi key” may not be recognised. Type it into the review card to keep it away from the AI entirely.
You’ll find Create with Rapid on the Create QR page and in the header of My QR Codes. Creating QR codes with Rapid needs the Owner or Admin role, like the regular create form.

No. Rapid does not generate artistic or image-based QR codes. It turns a description into the details of a standard QR code, such as the link, the Wi-Fi network or the menu items you listed. Dynamic codes open in the editor, where you can add your colours and logo.
Rapid recognises all 18 QR Rapid types. It creates Website URL, Wi-Fi, WhatsApp, vCard, Email, Text and SMS codes from its review card. For Menu, PDF, Image, MP3, Video, List of links, Social media, Coupon, Event, App and Crypto, it fills in the type’s own form with the details you gave, and you finish and save the code there.
No. The AI does not write documents or create images, audio or video, and it never drafts a file, a hosted file link or a date. For a PDF, image, MP3 or video code you upload your own file in the form. For a Menu it fills in only the sections, items and prices you listed.
No. For the seven types it creates, Rapid shows every detail on a review card. You can change the details and switch between dynamic and static where the type allows it, and nothing is created until you select Create QR code. For the other types, nothing is saved until you save the form.
Rapid asks for it or leaves it for you to add. Every value in a draft has to come from your own words, so Rapid never fills in a website, phone number, price or email address you did not give it. A menu item you listed without a price stays without one.
Recognised passwords are removed from your message before it is sent to the AI provider and replaced with a placeholder. The password is shown masked in the conversation and on the review card until you choose Show. A password typed without a word like “password” or “Wi-Fi key” may not be recognised, so the safest route is to type it into the review card.
Owners and Admins of a workspace with an active paid plan or a 7-day trial, the same people who can create QR codes in the regular form. Codes made with Rapid count toward your plan’s static and dynamic QR code limits like any other. Each person can send 15 messages to Rapid every 10 minutes, each workspace can draft up to 100 times a day, and a draft expires after 30 minutes without being created or handed to its form.
Create with Rapid sits at the top of the Create QR page and in My QR Codes. Type a sentence, check the draft, then create it or finish it in the form.
Rapid is included in every active plan and the 7-day trial, no credit card required.
